Know Your Rights
When you have been injured as a result of someone else’s negligence, timing is critical – your personal injury claim has a statute of limitations, a window of time during which a claim must be settled or a lawsuit filed. This is particularly important if you have more than one type of injury claim, each with different limits.
Call Putnam Law Offices for assistance. We will spell out exactly what your rights are under Nebraska law, what your options are, and what course of action is right for your particular injury claim. With Putnam Law as your personal injury attorney, you will get the legal experience, understanding and dedication that you need right now. All claims are handled on a contingency basis, meaning that we do not get paid until you recover. Call Putnam Law to speak directly to an experienced personal injury attorney. There is no obligation and no cost to learn about your rights.
